For those who are clueless about supplements, there’s a product call protein supplements that aids in muscle building, recovery and health benefits. And for those who are already supplementing themselves with protein, then you should then know about whey protein and casein protein. Both have similar objectives, to make you strong and big, but its route method of supplementation varies. Whey is fast acting, taking around 30 minutes, for the level of amino acids in your blood has reached its high point. While Casein is slow acting, taking around 4 hours for you to reach a peak in protein synthesis and blood amino acids. My advise is have the best of both world.
