I’m surprised that most women I know who are pursuing a healthy lifestyle, being active and primarily wanting to lose weight, are not taking any protein shakes

They might take some multivitamins here and there, but not protein shakes. They have this misconception that it will increase their bulk and lose their slender figure

Well that’s where they are wrong as there’s protein shakes specially for women
