How To Be A Bodybuilder Without Supplements |


I think most people have the wrong misconception when they hear the word supplements. For me supplements ain’t your holy grail to better physique and health
It’s just a ‘tool’ that aids in your workout progress. What matters are proper training, diet (what you eat, not supplements) and recovery. Mix all the elements together consistently over time, you’ll see results in no less than 2-3 months
So you can still have great bodies even without the supplement part. It just ‘speeds up’ the process. Well I read a recent article on a user who’s leading a life of a bodybuilder without the supplements
