I’ve to admit, when I first started out my fitness routine, it was rather hard to stay on the path of health. I was on an on-off period with my training.
Then I realized it’s not all about the workouts, or consuming the supplements, but a mental change. To be healthy, you need a lifestyle change.
You need to unlearn what you’ve learned, and keep an open mind. To give up, is to give up on your life so to say. Once I got that notion into my head, it was truly an ‘enlightening’ experience.
