For me as a runner, it doesn’t really matter how big you are, it’s how fast can you carry all that muscles you have, and with the training you’re doing, these muscles are actually aiding your progress in attaining your goal.
That’s where the specific training that we athletes does that streamlines which respective sports we are in, such as power lifters.
They could carry more than a bodybuilder but most of the time their muscles are not as defined, while sprinters can be as huge as Ben Johnson or Dwain Chambers, and yet be as fast.
