Running as we all know is the best and cheapest form of weight loss. But people are still ignorant about it, but I do feel also all people are generally lazy to move their ass, which includes me of course. Instead I try to make it a point, when I think of running, of the joy that comes from it. Being cooped up working in your chair for hours on end, a run out in the open is just what I need for the day. Think of it as part of your lifestyle rather than a workout. Well that works for me always! Did you know that running is one of the highest fat burning exercises around. Indeed it is, as you’re working on your heart. And when I’m healthy and losing weight, I’m a joy to be around with. Not that I’m a sour-puss before my fitness initiatives, but I feel a whole lot better about myself. What you just need is a pair of trainers and minimum 30 minutes daily. Go for it yar!
