I’ve always been fascinated by bodybuilding. After seeing my father photos in his younger days all ripped when I was a kid, I was totally hooked. I just like the idea of working your body against resistance and forming the muscles from all that effort and dedication.

Mr. Olympia contest for the clueless, is the mother of all bodybuilding competition since in its inception back in 1965, and spanning the 43 years since then, only 13 men has the honours of having the title Mr. Olympia

Mr. Olympia have been a stepping stone to Hall of Famer, greatness and the big sponsorship deals. That’s why many professional bodybuilder are gunning for it. To name one is the famous Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger
