Sleeping is the answer to longevity |


Yes we live in a fast-paced lifestyle be it at work or home. We might think we don’t have a choice in that matter, but in fact we do.
What we do by choice is really up to us. How we want to live our lives, again its really up to us, so don’t blame on society.
In fact I do advise my fat loss clients to sleep more.
Why?
Well studies have shown that those getting more sleep (7-8 hours a night) are more leaner that those on 5-6 hours of sleep time.
The study found out this is due to the level of leptin produced during sleep. It is a hormone made predominately in the fat cells.
So those sleeping less are said not to be using leptin efficiently, and this lack of leptin is directly proportional to the amount of body fat and affects your appetite.
Also another study have shown that those on 5-6 hours sleeptime are more likely to have heart disease than those on 7-8 hours sleeptime.
This is because when you lack sleep, it increases your hunger and your metabolism is pretty much fcuked. It results in your inability to control your weight.
So follow my advise, sleep more!
