Find ways to move your body. Climb stairs versus escalators or elevators. Mow the lawn, chase your kids or walk your dog. The simple stuff adds up at the end of the day.

Quit it, it’s proven smoking is harmful to your health. Nobody said it was easy but there’s plenty of support group around. Start asking for help with your family first.
Eat more non processed food
Reduce fatty and oily foods such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Get low fat version of cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream. Find better substitutes of food.
Live longer by flossing your teeth
As strange as it sounds, studies have shown direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. It is believed people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don’t.
Drinking kills too
Too much of alcohol can cause other health problems such as liver and kidney disease and cancer.
