Dr. Jennifer Ashton discussed a new study that shows short afternoon naps can refresh brain activity.

I personally nap at least 30 minute daily before training, plus my usual 7 hour daily sleep, and I’ve never felt better really!

You shouldn’t add more to your sleep-debt by taking shortcuts in your sleep-time. It never ends well.

Life is short, enjoy it while you can … sleep more!
