Maintaining your weight is much harder than weight loss |


From past experience I observed that one find it easier to lose weight rather than maintaining it. Here’s a few tips to keep the fats off.
- It’s a lifestyle change of balanced diet and workouts that don’t off as a chore.
- Stop counting the calories. If you’re set on a healthy pursuit, you’ll know when to stop.
- Fiber food helped me to feel ‘full’ without the extra calories.
- High quality proteins increase satiety level
- When you got a hunger pang, try drinking water. Sometimes those craving signals are sometimes misinterpreted as hunger.
- Carpe Diem or Latin for seize the day. Start your day right. Don’t skip your breakfast.
