Tips Not To Gain Weight
- Find the smallest plate when eating.
- Bask in the company of friends or doing something rather than giving attention to the food.
- Cut down on the liquor, it contains high calories for your info.
- Pacing when eating is essential. Don’t gobble down your food fast.
- To reduce temptations, never arrive hungry visiting places.
- Avoid fast food and frozen dinner.
- Don’t stack food on your plate. Limit to few servings.
- Talk a walk after the big reunion family dinner. Do it together, it will be fun.
- When shopping, use the stairs instead of the escalators.
- Jump on the treadmill or any cardio for 30 minutes regularly is all you need to lose the festive fats.
