1. You need to sweat to get a good workout

Well not necessarily. Some people just sweat more than others having more sweat glands. Also what your diet consist of also affect the rate of sweat. A good alternative indicator is taking your heartbeat.

2. Doing abs workout to get rid of fat belly

No matter how many thousands crunches you do, you will not get rid of that excess fat around your stomach. The best solution is to do cardio to rid of your body fat percentage. With a good diet, you’ll see a six pack in no time.

3. Doing gym with machines is safer than free weights

Well from my own experience, I previously got injured doing squats on the Smith Machine as my footing was wrong. It all matters on doing it the right way, with the right form and technique.

4. Treadmill running has lesser impact on the knees

Well you’re still running, no matter on the concrete pavement or treadmill, and the impact is still there. The best way to protect your knees is getting good trainers, good running form (I advise on POSE running technique) and other cardio alternative exercises that don’t much impact like cycling and rowing machine.
