
I was randomly on Google and found out to my amazement, this newly revamped fat loss blog is ranked #1 for the keyword term “Singapore Fat Loss“.
Pretty cool, considering I just changed the keywords and meta tags not so long ago on this blog. Thanks Google!
It even beat other local big boys of fat loss companies, while I’m just a nobody. Pretty scary thing to know that people are reading and noting my articles and advice.
But I hope its suffice enough yar. Feel free to feedback, I won’t bite. Well here’s a few more fat loss facts by Singapore Fat Loss:
- People are fat because we’re lazy. It is a reflection of our way of life. It’s human nature to feel likewise, so its up to you really to change your life.
- Weight loss takes the same amount of time for you to gain weight in the first place. There’s no shortcut.
- Going on a weight loss means changing you usual way of life.
- If you want to lose weight, it requires changing in your eating habits and doing exercise.
- There’s no miracle magic weight loss pill, you stand only to get scammed and lose money by purchasing it.
- Studies have shown that eating more and smaller meals per day (e.g. 5-6 times) is associated with those eating fewer calories, lower lowering cholesterol and post-meal insulin levels.
- Change the mindset, make fitness a lifestyle on a daily basis, not a chore.
- Your fat loss diet should cover proper protein, carbohydrates and fat daily intake.
- Never starve yourself. That’s stupid
- Basically just “Eat right, Train right”
