If You Stop Working Out, Your Muscle Turns To Fat

Well not really.

In healthy people with normal eating lifestyle, it rarely occurs.

Muscle and fats are two different types of cells, and either cells don’t turn into each type.

Fat layers of fat tissues only develop if the muscle is infrequently used.

It’s as simple as that. Fat don’t just appear overnight if you stopped your workout.

This is one of the most common myth around.
