Hamstring Injury |

The two only serious injury I had in my running was a dislocated ankle and a bad hamstring injury. The latter forced me out of my usual workout routine for months, and I had to resort to non-impact alternative exercises to keep my fitness and health.
So my advise is, if you’re down injured with hamstring trouble, all is not lost. Just do your research, stick to the routine, and in no time you’ll recover and back stronger on your feet again.
