Dr Kodo who is in-charge of the study recommends rich natural source of iron, calcium, vitamin E, betacarotene, chlorophyll, antioxidants, vitamin B12 and fat-free proteins to offset any liver problems.
He also says build-up of excess fat in obese people leads to inflammation of the liver which causes liver damage. A person with such damage can live for years without symptoms.
The doctor also warns people with BMI more than 30 are more at risk getting fatty liver disease.
