
![]() Hottie personal trainer Zuzana returns to show her stretching routine. For me personally I do my stretching ONLY after my main workout, never before, as such stretching is not conducive for my explosive and sprints training. I take about 20-30 minutes plus slight massage for my stretching cool down. Well I do hope Zuzana’s stretching would inspire you do to stretch, it is an important aspect if you want to stay injury free.
