This Is How I Warmup

My usual warmup includes dynamic and drills and is about an hour long. Well its quite similar to below video.

It’s from a coaching seminar held in Jamaica hosted by top coach Stephen Francis and the demo is done by elite sprinter Asafa Powell.

So this is a glimpse into my life and training. Want to try?

Video #1: Warming up, stretching, hydrating, mobilization exercises for best sprinting results.

Video #2: Run throughs, dynamic stretching, no overloading but just get sufficient desired effect.

Video #3: Starts, drive phase, using blocks, using arm work and important of masseur.
