
![]() This is interesting. Scott Herman, an online celebrity personal trainer shows us Tennis Ball Pull-Ups. Yup the exercise is as the title says, the use of a tennis ball. I’ll try it on my next gym session. Currently pull-up is part of my routine. I usually do it three sets, MAX reps at each effort. It’s been awhile since I did pull-ups, I could only do 19, 13 and 9 reps for each sets respectively on my last outing. I’m hoping to improve on that the next time round.
