Good Back Workout |

One thing I noticed about people when working out is that they always give their back a miss.
They would always train their front parts, like the chest and abs.
To me knowledge is power, and these people are not equipped with the info to have a fully balanced workout.
It’s all about research, so do your read-up alright.
But then again even if you’ve the knowledge, you must also take the appropriate action, and proper execution.
This is where you separate the slackers and those who are dedicated.
There’s many ways to work your back. If I’m at the gym, I do the back extension with weighted plate extensively. It is done for strengthening lower back muscles. It can be done by lowering the body from a stand and raising back using the roman chair.
Or if you are at home, you can use the dumbell, resistance bands and an exercise mat like I do.
Focus on your form, that is important. For me I usually do a visualization of the muscle that is being worked, and nothing else. This way, it’s great to prevent you using other muscles and preventing injuries.
Below is a good video guide of a back workout that needs little training space. So there’s no excuse now, it’s time to get fit!
