You don’t burn more fat on an empty stomach |

I used to think that it would be wise to workout on an empty stomach.
My logic is that empty stomach means that my calories exertion during training will eat much more of my fats, without any food in the way.
Technically I was right, being that not having enough supply of glucose in your blood means more of my stored fats are being burned.
But the thing is, you’ll regain that back and much more when your body is aching for a big meal after exercising.
This is due to the body’s attempt to replenish glucose, so as the earlier lack of glucose incident won’t happen again.
So get the facts right people, you do need glucose for your workouts.
Doesn’t mean you go out there and have a huge lunch before training, but just don’t do it on an empty stomach.
