Exercise Improves One’s Brain |


A recent study announced by researchers at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America that exercises can improve the brain blood flow in older people.
University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill did a study that 12 adults ages 60 to 80 years old.
Those exercised more of the decade saw more blood vessels in their brains.
Plus there’s greater cerebral blood flow compared to those who exercised less.
The frequency of those exercised are at least three hours a week and that’s all you need!
