Well I’ve always been a skinny lad, and I’ve been working hard these few months for a tapered V-shape look and hopefully something close enough Bruce Lee’s lats. Here’s what I’ve been doing so far: 1) Lat pull downs – compound (10%)![]() Lat pull downs Anchor myself firmly, feet flat, at the pull down machine. 2) Pull-ups – compound (70%)![]() Pull-ups I do this several reps combined into several sets 3) Finger Pushups – compound (10%)![]() Finger Pushups Gives an overall nice touch to my body. 4) Rowing – compound (10%)![]() dumbbell row I mainly use dumbbell rows You can also try these other lats training, which I do sparingly.
