
![]() Want to know how a sprinter trains? Well here’s a good video below by women’s 400m Commonwealth, World and Olympic Champion, Christine Ohuruogu. It pretty much sums up my training life previously when I was still sprinting. I do miss those days. These days I’ll be lucky if I could get a complete six days workout. Albeit trying to hit my old workout frequency, of course my current training intensity and time focused on it has decreased since my ‘retirement’. If you want an overall great bod, incorporate sprint training. From head to toes, you’ll be totally fit, fast and ripped!
