I’ve never missed drinking milk since like ever. I get my daily two glasses a day without fail. I used to hate it when I was young, but as I learned of its importance, I kinda ‘forced’ myself drinking it, and I just get used to it.
Now I love it, and and can’t go a day without it. I of course supplement it with my other diet foods, which gave me a better quality of life.
