I stumbled upon this video online, and you could say I’ve similar body type as this guy, and somewhat the diet.

Well you must be envious by now right, knowing that the person in the video and me can eat anything we want. We’ve got good genes, so don’t blame us.

But these days, I’ve reverted to a more healthier choice. I’ve to ‘walk the talk’ right.

The only difference I find by not eating such junk anymore is that I’ve more energy, and I need lesser sleep.

The dude in the video has some good tips, like incorporating cardio and weights. I find that some people just tend to focus on one of the other too much, thus in the end they don’t achieve their objective.

It’s all about balance, and if you can do that, you’re 3-6 months away from your ideal dream body type.

He also mentioned superset, well basically it means two or more exercises in a row, then a rest break. It’s great if you’re short of time and want to get an effective quality workout.

It’s best to workout two body parts of the opposing parts e.g. biceps + triceps or squats + leg press
