One of the questions most asked by people for me is how to increase metabolism
Well an increase in metabolism would of course increase the rate of weight loss, as burning fat and calories are much more efficient now
That’s what most people want lah, to be trim, fit and sexy thus looking good right
I would usually give them a simple answer
Well it all boils down to three factors; exercise, muscle and diet
Well let me explain
Exercise
If you exercise regularly, your metabolism will increase
Your metabolic function depends solely on consistent strenuous exercises
Muscle
There’s a correlation with muscle mass and metabolism. If you’ve more muscle mass, you’ll burn more calories. So get a gym membership plus lotsa protein intake
Diet
Daily diet filled with vegetables, fruits, and lean meats help with metabolic increase
Avoid food high in salt, fat and cholesterol as it will slow down your metabolism
Simple factors right, but its the ‘execution’ where most people fail
Don’t think of it as a chore but incorporate the above three factors as part of your life
Rather than thinking it as a task that you need to do on a daily basis
It will just ‘tire’ you out after a while if you think as above
