Green Tea Helps in Weight Loss |

A study in the February issue of the ‘Journal of Nutrition’ is one of the many studies that support that green tea aids weight loss.
It seems it is the key ingredient that provides a boost to exercise-induced fat loss.
The study did a trial on 132 obese adults with success in their weight reduction.
There was two study groups, one which drank a daily beverage containing 39 milligrams of caffeine.
The other group drank green tea with 625 milligrams of catechins, a green tea component.
After 12 weeks, the results showed that the group with green tea consumption has a greater loss, 4.4 pounds compared to 2 pounds for the other group.
Both groups did the exact same thing of course. Similar daily diet and a 3 hours a week moderate-intensity exercise.
It was also found there was a larger decline in total abdominal fat, subcutaneous abdominal fat and triglycerides for the green-tea group.
Yes miracle worker green tea it is, but researcher although have the results at hand, is still unable to explain the wonders of how it all works. They just know they do.
But they believe the green tea speeds the breakdown rate of fat in the body. Another good side effects of green tea is its wonders of lowering one’s risk of diabetes, as it helps the body to insulin sensitivity.
