Sometimes people think all I do is just eat and exercise. Hahaha, not really man … Yes I do eat a lot as I workout plenty. my body is just craving for food and replenishment.
I came across a Big Brother (reality TV show) video footage of two of the contestant in the kitchen eating and munching away.

Well that scene above is practically me on a daily basis. I of course don’t eat in my towel, as I live in a rented apartment, so it would be weird if the landlord is around, haha.
I myself consume like 6-7 small meals a day, all evenly spaced out. I don’t drink carbonated drinks, eat anything with high fructose in it, I take plenty of grains, fiber, protein, good carbs and lots of hydration with fluids.
Your quality of life is only as good as what you consume. Spare your digestive tracts with ‘soft’ food and avoid all the junk.
