Diet is such an intimidating word eh. To me diet is not about skipping meals, but getting a balanced healthy meal throughout the day.

    I have always believe that diet, together with regular exercise are very important to maintain good health and fitness. This is the surest way to losing and permanently keeping those loss weight away. A lot of people are always looking for quick fix or to lose weight quickly. They may have lost weight in a short time, but if they continue with their lifestyles, the weight lost will not be permanent.
