Detoxify Your Body

Here are a few tips to detoxify your body. And why should you do that?

Well to have a squeaky clean internal and organs thoroughly ‘clean’, you’re actually reducing any occurrence of constipation, bloating, fatigue and skin problems.

While at the same time giving you more energy as well as getting a flatter stomach!

That’s instant fat loss around the waist without any strenuous abs workouts.

The Detox Tips

  1. Your liver is only able to detoxify substances at only a limited rate, so you need to do the following to remove such toxins.
  2. It’s all about better eating habits, so as not to overwork the liver.
  3. Drink plenty of water. It’s a simple start right. Try to drink at least two litres or more daily.
  4. Stay away from caffeinated and fizzy drinks. Such beverages and alcohol only makes you more thirsty and prune-up.
  5. Eat food that contains antioxidants and phytochemicals. I recommend red bean, wild blueberry, seeds, nuts and peanuts.
  6. Also look for food that a low in fat and refined sugars.
  7. Get plenty of fibers and complex carbohydrates too. Stock up on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes plus beans.
  8. Cut down on the red meat.
