I’ve been known to be calm and collected in most situations. Well that’s almost true I reckon, as I believe you only get in crappy situation if you’re not prepared. Am I’m a planner, as I don’t like surprises.
But at times I do get nervous if I’m unsure or as you know, shite happens. That’s something that’s out of my hands and I just hope for the best.
Overall I’m a pretty calm, quiet and collected individual. Maybe I have a face that commands confidence, that helps convey my calm predisposition outlook.
Is the quality of calm nature or nurture. Hmm I would like to believe it’s both. You can on your part aid in your effort to become more calmer. How?

The veggie has always been used in Chinese medicine as it promises calm and self-control. Only recently that modern medicine has come to accept this herbal remedy.
Scientists have found that celery contains phthalides, which relax the muscle around arteries and allow those vessels to dilate. With those vessels dilated, there’s more space inside the arteries, the blood can flow at a lower pressure. Phthalides compund also has been known to reduce stress hormones.
