You Need Carbs, But Reduce Calories To Lose Weight |

Atkins diet claims has made him rich
In the 1980’s the Atkins diet was saw plenty on a high protein-no-carb diet, but times sure have changed.
Science has proven its not the reduction of carbs from your diet that needed to be cut, but more of daily calories intake.
It’s as simple as that. Reduce your eating amount, where you burn more than what you consume, and you’ll lose weight.
Carbs has been blamed for many things, but the thing is, you need carbs.
Those on no-carb diets does badly on memory-based tasks, while those on carbohydrates has better brain function.
This is all due to the glucose as its primary fuel in carbs, as it affects your cognitive behaviour.
So basically the general rule of thumbs is have a balance meal, each of every food group in moderation of course.
