Supplements is a big part of my life. I consume it daily, and it aids in my recovery, muscle building and such.

But it is no miracle solution. It is to be used in tandem with a healthy diet, and smart training.

Don’t be stingy with the money. You need to invest some, to reap rewards. In the end you get a better quality of life, so why not.
