
Momir Zmiric at an unhealthy weight of 165kg was told by his doctor to go on a fat loss program or die from obesity.
Well Momir had tried all the diet out there from Atkins to calorie counting, and he decided to formulate his own diet after much frustration with no success.
His answer is dubbed ‘The Garlic Diet’ where he consumed garlic and onions on a plain biscuit washed down with carrot juice.
The 42 year old also stopped eating meat, carbs such as potatoes and processed food he used to love.
He added his secret was “eating things that tasted nice and strong but weren’t fattening”.
Now at 92kg, friends says he looks great, but his “breath is really rancid”.
Well I can just imagine so, with all that garlic eh, haha.
