Alright another venture of my new route in Sembawang.
Today I ran in the direction of Yishun via Gambas avenue, before making a turn-around back to Sembawang, and then headed back to Woodlands.
I ran 7.41km in 32:18 minutes, that’s about 4:21 minutes per km.

Breast implants & uplift £7,500
Veneers £12,000

I felt fresh today as I took a day off yesterday.
It was an impromptu decision, considering I was feeling a little ‘tired’, so some rest won’t hurt the workout planning this week.
I ran 7.85km today in 33:53 minutes. The route I took was an isolated one for runners, running at Woodlands Avenue 12, where there’s [...]

This is a story about health, but it’s not about doctors or drugs. It’s about why some of us get sicker more often and die sooner in the first place.
A trailer for “UNNATURAL CAUSES: Is Inequality Making Us Sick?”, a ground-breaking documentary series that looks at how the social, economic and physical environments in which [...]
