Is Fat Loss Truly Important? |

Fat loss can mean differently for many people. Some might know it, some are ignorant and some are just clueless. For your info fat loss is much more than just weight loss.
I believe fat loss is the change of one lifestyle completely with a good sound diet and plenty of exercises. That’s real fat loss instead of the fad quick weight loss promises by many slimming programs which only reduce water loss in your body.
Being happy with your body is a state of mind and each individual has their own preconception of what they want their body to look like. Some overweight people are fine with their body weight, but in the end what matters is truly your decision in life. So stick with it and don’t be a whiner.
If you chose to pursue a healthy lifestyle, kudos to you.
The thing being overweight is that you’re more susceptible to diseases, mainly chronic heart related diseases especially. The statistics don’t lie as many heart attack cases are mainly found in people who are obese and overweight. We all know heart attacks if detected early can save you but most of the time, it is fatal.
Being overweight means, you’ll be part of the statistics of a disease that’s is a silent killer. You’ll be dying of a slow death unknowingly where a buildup of fat, blood pressure and cholesterol over time will make you prone to the attacks. You cannot see these buildup as it takes years and time. Once that breaking point is reached, expect the attack to happen.
The attack happens as your heart is fatigue and too weak to pump blood in your body, as the work to carry out that pumping is harder due to all the fat deposits and cholesterol in your body and artery walls.
Not only you’re susceptible to heart diseases, you are also run the risk for having a stroke where a combination of high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels can result in restricting the oxygen reaching the brain.
There is no other better way to change one mindset than the ‘scare tactics’ as explained above. I do hope the information is enough for you to change your mind on the importance of fat loss. The fat loss just doesn’t need to apply to obese people only. Pregnant women who are overweight run the risk of miscarriage.
Also normal average joe will find that fat loss could mean you would be leading a much more quality of life than currently experiencing. You’ll have more energy and zest to take on the world. So take charge of your body!
