A study by Oxford Brookes University has discovered by just implementing eating habit of consuming a bowl of cereal twice a day helps in your weight loss effort. The researchers also found that doing so can help to sustain your current weight to a healthy level. They recommend eating such for during breakfast or lunch and another in the evening. Their control study found that just after two weeks, 85 per cent of their subject lost more than four pounds in weight. In detailed it is found that those who ate combined cereal lost around 4.4lbs while single cereal eaters lost around 1.3lbs. After further six weeks, 67 per cent for single cereal eater saw weight loss, while the combined cereal eater saw a higher percentage success at 78 per cent. From personal experience, I’ve been eating cereal and grains in the morning and found that it would ‘last’ me longer till brunch and lunch. Also cereal doesn’t mean those sugary type of cereals, loaded with sugar. But get the healthy ones instead.
