Another interesting hot debated topic. Overweight kids and their parents, who’s to blame? Eric Schlosser and David Kessler have some interesting answers.
On a personal note, I blame it all on the food industry and ignorant parents.
People don’t become obese overnight, it’s the consistent eating of meals that’s high on calories, and with little physical exertion, it leads to the bulges.
Plus it doesn’t help when healthy good food are much more expensive than the ready-made and accessible processed food.
Parents you have start to saying NO to your children whim, educate yourself, and make the right choices which will lead to a more quality of life for you, your family, and this ‘tradition’ is a good start which will be passed down to your children’s children.
