It was the year I discovered athletics, specifically sprinting
I was already running a lot but to learn in-depth the specific of a certain event, was what I discovered that year
I feel ‘in-love’ with the short sprints such as the 100m, 200m, 400m and the occasional 800m
But I was also still doing dragonboat. So I had dual sports, both are equally tough
My weight bloated to 70kg, my heaviest ever with my grueling workouts
Imagined that I was once a scrawny 54kg lad with no self-esteem
Now I’m someone with leadership role and a role-model
Well that’s the plus points if I could inspire people, although not my intention
Just keep on working out and you’ll reap the rewards soon enough

Finally someone who gains weight and from a low one… im new to this, i wanna get some muscle mass… looking at you who’ve done it, any tips? It’s truly hard to gain for me… I hate it…
