I was inflicted with my first serious injury ever, my hamstring popped

It was my own self-doing, not having enough recovery and got injured when I strained myself during sprinting

A lesson learned the hard way and my weight dived south

I got heavy with not much of running that can be done

I could only just do water therapy and lots of cycling, but I still kept in shape, hoping to return running soon

I was determined to get back on track no matter what
