Hmm looks like I gained at least half a kilo, could be water retention or it could be the new whey protein I’m taking. As long I don’t go into the 67kg range, I’m still not worried. My main aim to be as light as I could but still retaining my power, strength & speed Bodyfat: 7%
My bodyfat calipers is between the five and six marker, so the bodyfat has gone down. Not yet in the 6% range but close. It hovers around 7%. So far my diet is doing great. I don’t feel hungry like last time, I feel my fullness is sustained longer with the current diet. Less snacking too!
