My weight has been consistent these past few months. I’m beginning to think I won’t reach 63kg target ideal weight. Well a months plus left to go but I’m sure there’s a few things I could be more discipline on to be get my weight range right. Well all the best to me.
Bodyfat: 7%
Also my bodyfat is also staying put at 7% region. I just need to slice offer 1-2% hopefully. No more hunger pangs or cravings or mood swings even. My body is used to the ‘awful’ food. Bring on the tofu yar!
