66.1kg, 7% bodyfat |

Weight: 66.1kg

My weight is going down. I’m hoping to reach the 65kg mark yet again; by next week. Indeed I believe it’s the whey protein that is the source of the weight gain. I feel ‘tighter’ with the new lean muscles but 63kg is still my aim. I’ll do more cardio and maintain my strength, speed and power. It’s doable, yeah you can do it SHA!
Bodyfat: 7%

Bodyfat is maintained well currently at this range. I’ve been keeping up with my diet well and no issues here. I found a few good items to add to the diet menu and will look forward of the results in weeks to come. I looked ripped physically, and psychologically I’m ok, no mood swings known when someone is low on bodyfat. I just have this craving for sweet stuff such as Oreo, other than that, I’m doing fine

I curious as to know how many calories do you take in daily?
Around 3000-4000 calories daily for below breakdown:
a. 5-6 small meals a day
b. 1 hard training daily
c. A balanced fats, carbs and protein diet
Ok let me say this, you weigh roughly 146lbs (136lbs lean mass) here at 7% body fat, I weight 184 (159lbs lean mass) at 13.7%body fat, i maintain my weight at 2450 calories. I would gain fat faster than muscle taking in 3000-4000 calories a day, unless i was taking steroids/pro hormones. So i have a question for you, do you take testosterone/steroids/pro hormones?
Hi again.
No I don’t take roids or hormones. It’s illegal here anyway.
It all depends on your daily calorie output.
Burn More Than What You Eat = Fat loss
I train hard and on a daily basis, thus the high level of calories intake.
Well thats good that you’re doing it natural, i wouldn’t use roids either. I do cardio about an hour and a half everyday(low/moderate intensity), at 2200-2400 calories per day. i’m making good progress. It seems that when i go over 2500 calories i stop burning fat. I also do weight lifting. do you use weights?
That’s good, your diet and exercise are in check.
Sedentary (1800-2100 calories)
Sits and stands most of the day; driving, computer work, ironing, cooking; rarely gets any physical active
Active (2200-3400 calories)
Very Active (3500-4500 calories)
Exercises 3-5 times per week for 1hours per session. Heavy manual labor such as construction work, digging, climbing, carrying a load uphill, professional sports
Yup I also do weights, 1-2 a week. But mine are not those muscle gyms, mine needed to be more compact & explosive for my running.
