Weight: 64.3kgWell I had two weigh-in session. One says 64.3kg while the other 65kg. The former was done when I was on an empty stomach in the morning while the latter, in the afternoon when I had my lunch. So I reckon my weight is around 64kg plus. This week I’ll see if my weigh-in confirms I’m in the sub 65kg region, which will be good news as I’m just 1 kg away from my goal. I apologise for the photo, for the heavy grain-ness and blur-ness. Bodyfat: 8.4%Hmm as my body weight decreases, my bodyfat shot up. This is weird. Well maybe that’s how it works eh for my body, when I want to lose weight. I did became a bit un-discipline the past week or so, as I was moving to a new place. I didn’t have the opportunity to cook my usual food as I was busy moving place to place and had to rely buying food. Well I’m not fretting as I’m back to my usual diet and aiming to be in the 6% bodyfat in the next 3-4 weeks!
