Previously I was in Phase Six of training when a big work project came along. That screwed up my plan and the workouts had to be make-shift shoddy trainings in the evening. Still I kept my fitness and form from that luckily The plan was to finish the project which ended last month and this October was to be a “Preparatory” month before going into Phase I. But comes again another big work project to derail my plan Hmm for now I’ll try juggle both if I could, if not once again my training have to take a backseat. So far the plan for October is Preparatory Training for Phase I
Hopefully by November I’m back into Phase One of training
