Day 98: Cardio (7.12km in 28.44min) |

Today as planned I ran in the Sembawang district.
I was surprised the pace was quite good.
It was 4:02 minute per km.
I felt it was the same effort as I put in at the Woodlands area, but I was slower in timing.
I would think the difference was the traffic lights.
Yes there’s fewer traffic stops in the Sembawang-Yishun direction, so I reckon that’s why I was faster.
Well whatever that maybe, I’m hoping to go sub 4 minute per km consistently, now only then I know my aerobic capacity is back to my old form.
As for today I finally completed my whole training routine, the cardio, the abs, the core and upper body.
Yesterday due to the lack of time, I opted not to do the upper body.
Oh boy doing the upper body today sure was tough.
I was so pumped in my upper body, when I got home, I had difficulty opening my water tumbler, haha.
I think it’s because I’ve been skipping it for the past week or so.
So I’ll need some kind of warm-up period to get the momentum going.
Two more days before I reach the 100 day marker by the way!
