Day 96: Cardio (10.4km in 47:52min) |

Hey there readers, I’m back again!
Had a rest yesterday, for one I’m always busiest at the start of the month with work, and secondly I was pretty sore.
Today I felt even more sore when I woke up, I reckon its the home free weights I did.
Still its jogging time today, no reason not to run just because I was tired.
No abs, no core, no upper body workout for today.
I guess I pretty much worked on my overall body conditioning the day before.
Today’s pace was 4:36 minute per km, and it was surprisingly alright, considering I’ve the urge to shit while running.
Laugh it up fuzzball … but don’t you just hate it when that happens.
I would usually relieve myself before a run, as the ‘dead’ weight will hamper your pace eh, haha.
I held the urge like 3/4 of the run till I get home, bloody hell that sure wasn’t fun.
Usually around that point afterwards, when on the last leg of my run, I would push, push, push and run aggressive.
But with the shite incident today earlier, I kept a constant pace. So that’s why I was surprised at the pace I did today, I would have thought I was slower.
Oh ya, again I did the hill climb of 12 storey at Woodlands Town Park East, the lactic was killing me going up!
The Woodlands route is beginning to bore, so its Yishun and Sembawang starting next week.
