Day 95: Cardio (8.6km in 37:17min) |

After years running on the road, I’ve always been an advocate of safe running.
Like looking left-right before crossing, cross the road only at traffic lights and such.
Also over the years I’ve come across moronic drivers and motorcyclists.
Like today, at the traffic light, the green little dude was flashing, so its alright to cross right.
But this moron of a driver just dashed through it without stopping while I was crossing, revs up his engine after the traffic light and speeds away.
We all learn in driving school that you as the driver have to stop no matter what at the traffic junction crossing, as pedestrians have the right of way.
So with that it pisses me off, and I proclaim my first entry of Hall of Shame.
Today’s hall of shame is a light blue colored modified sports car with spoilers, and the number plate SGY 224 Y which dashes through the traffic light crossing junction without stopping!
Hahaha, that makes me feel better, now back to my running entry for today.
The pace today was quite kinda fast.
It was around 4:20 minutes per km, it’s just the sort of days that my body just felt like just running harder.
I skipped today’s upper body workout, as the shoulders are slightly aching.
So does my hamstring, which was kinda tender, it must be due to the plenty of slopes I ran uphill yesterday.
I also added core workout to the abs routine, so that was ‘fun’.
Well I’m going to rest now. Tomorrow is July, how time flies!
